Leon County Growth Management offices at the Renaissance Center in Tallahassee illustrates our ability to work with existing structures, adapting them to new or modified client needs and on a relatively short timeline for completing permit documents. HDG was tasked to program the new spatial requirements and prepare construction documents for 22,000 square feet of commercial office space to serve as the new location of the Growth Management offices.
