Wakulla Bank Corporate Headquarters
This project consists of the expansion of the Corporate Headquarters for Wakulla Bank. It incorporated the existing structure of 11,000 square feet into the new building. The site offered a challenge with such a narrow property configuration which lended to the long and narrow shape of the facility.
The construction consists of steel structure, metal roofing, and EIFS exterior wall panels.
Governor’s Court Center
The projects goal was to develop a 22,000 sq. ft., of professional and mercantile space, on an extremely steep/sloping site. Sharkey's Coffee & Bistro
In 2009 the Hammond Design Group, LLC, working under an existing Continuing Services Contract with the Florida Department of Management Services (FDMS), was asked to redesign the 10th floor snack bar of the State Capital. Our task was to design a ‘coffee house’ for the Sharkey’s Coffee and Bistro.

Wakulla Bank, Southwood Branch
This project was completed in November 2004. The project consists of 4,550 sq ft. of conditioned space. The projects goal was to maintain the Wakulla Banks Corporate identity.
